The Skin Medic is offering private dermatology, advanced skin treatments and ethical medical aesthetics in Northern Ireland.

Previously known as Stellar Aesthetics, an award winning clinic - originally established with a strong focus on medical aesthetics. As patient needs evolved — and with continued advanced training and clinical experience — the clinic has expanded to offer private medical dermatology services alongside aesthetics. 

NI Skin Medic is not a consultant-led dermatology service. Dermatology consultations are provided by Dr Julie Ann, an NHS specialty doctor working in dermatology, with postgraduate and advanced certification in dermatology and dermatoscopy. Patients requiring consultant-led or urgent NHS dermatology care are referred appropriately. 

A Medical-Led Approach to Skin Health

Dr Julie Ann brings together clinical dermatology experience and aesthetic medicine to provide evidence-based, individualised care. Each patient is assessed carefully to ensure that   treatments and referrals are appropriate, ethical and safe.

We offer a carefully considered range of services:

Assessment and management of common skin conditions, this service complements, but does not replace, NHS or consultant-led dermatology care.

Treatments such as SkinPen microneedling, chemical peels and medical cryotherapy, delivered by a dermatology-trained nurse under medical supervision, with a focus on long-term skin health.

Doctor-led aesthetic treatments designed to enhance and support skin quality, delivered conservatively.
